Fix 1: Update Spotify
There are chances that you are using an older version of the Spotify application, and thus, it is not allowing your queue to load properly. The quickest solution to this error is to update the application from the application store provider or Spotify’s website. The process to update the Spotify application on various devices is listed below:
Open the App Store or the Play Store on your phone. Search for Spotify, and if you get an UPDATE button, click on it to update:

Fix 7: Manage Space in the Queue
Spotify allows you to add 10000 music files to a queue. There are chances that some music files are corrupted or you do not need them anymore. In such a case, removing them from the queue will solve the queue not working issue.
Select the music file from the queue and click the REMOVE option:
The “Now Playing” bar at the end has the queue option; click on it to open the music in the queue. Now click on the three dots on the music you want to remove and hit the Remove from queue option:
